Dear HMS Choral Parents,
Our Winter Concert is rapidly approaching! Please ensure the following dates are on your calendar:
- MANDATORY Dress Rehearsal – Monday, December 12th, 2:30-4:30 pm
- MANDATORY Winter Concert – Tuesday, December 13th, 7:00 pm (singer arrival 6:00 pm)
Students do not need to wear concert dress for our dress rehearsal. For the concert, all students are to wear the red HMS Chorus polo shirt (received in class) with black pants or skirt and black shoes.
Immediately following the concert, we will be holding a reception in the HMS cafeteria. I am seeking volunteers to assist in the following areas:
- Dress rehearsal chaperones
- Lobby t-shirt sales (prior to concert)
- Refreshment donation for reception
- Setup/cleanup of reception
If you are willing and able to assist with any of these tasks, please email me as soon as possible. Many thanks for supporting your children and the HMS Choral Program!
